/SAMPLES/
- Samples are products that I sew in-house to test my designs. All sample listings include a Sample Data Report that includes the measurements, and any notes about about the sample.
- Please be aware that samples are often hand dyed, sometimes resulting in variations and unevenness in color and texture. This is an inherent characteristic of the craftsmanship and adds to the individuality of your garment.
- To preserve your pieces quality, I recommend gentle care and washing in cold water with like colors. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and harsh chemicals.
/SHIPPING/
- Premade orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Made-to-order orders are usually processed and shipped within 10-15 business days.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location but are usually 2 to 5 business days for continental US orders.
- Trusted carriers like USPS and UPS are used to deliver your new pieces safely to your doorstep.
/RETURNS/
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns are for defective items or special circumstances.
- I do not accept returns due to sizing or fit issues. I supply full measurement specs, it is the customer’s responsibility to review this information carefully before placing an order.
